SHIPPING POLICY

We utilize USPS as our primary shipping carrier. After your payment is authorized and verified, please allow 2-3 days to process and ship out your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email when your order is shipped. Orders generally arrive within 3-5 business days depending on carrier capability.

If your order has been shipping and you are experiencing a delay in receiving your order, please contact USPS for further information. Lavish Kulture is NOT responsible for any potential delays after items have been shipped. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that your package will arrive on the listed date once the package is in the possession of USPS. It is the responsibility of USPS to ensure that your package is delivered at the listed delivery date.
